Price & Accountants was founded in 2013 by Rahamut Bhuiyan, who has been campaigning for small business owners to adopt a cloud accounting system to save time and grow their businesses. We are on a mission to help start-ups achieve greater success using technology, government subsidies and capital funding which are key to early-stage success.

We also help startups and small businesses with Bookkeeping, Year End Accounts, Payroll, Compliances, SEIS/ EIS processes, R&D tax credits, share restructuring, EMI options and Tax advisory services. As a team, we act as your Virtual finance director. We have successfully completed start-up processes for more than 20 clients, some of which are now valued at well over £50m. 40%of our clients are based overseas; mainly in the EU, USA and Canada.

We offer both fixed and hourly rates to make sure there are no surprises along the way. All our fees are protected by our fee protection insurance (Markel Tax), which means if there is any inquiry by HMRC then we will deal with the matter without any additional fees.
